Supposedly after I signed all the papers on Saturday October 4th I got a call from them on October 14th saying I had to resign with a different bank and a different interest rate. I told them that I didn't want to do that I would just bring their car back and get my car back that I traded In. The finance guy Derek told me that he would check with management and call me back that day which never happened. So I called the next day and told them that I would be coming to the car lot to get my car back and they told me they already sold my car and that I had to sign the deal they offered me or they would pay my trade off and me not have a car. So I took it upon my self to call my local bank to get financed and did on the same day. They even charged me processing fee and tried to up the price on car cause I didn't use their financing. I was even going to have my parents and a friend go and get a car from them but after this I would not ever recommend this place. Poor financing!!! Our sales guy Justin Frits as amazing he can't help with the management does!!! If I could put ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! More
