Said it was mandatory, reduced to $499, still not content but liked the vehicle. Before closing brought it up to Sergio who took over due for Eddie who was off. Sergio with a bad xxx attitude said it would cost $499 to take off. Two items were damaged on vehicle the M on tailgate was missing & there was a damaged plastic cover on seat. Was told parts would be sent to Alpine Ford in Pueblo to install. After 3 weeks tryed to contact Eddie 4 times no response about parts, talked to Justin on 10/28 said he would have someone call me with status on parts time frame, nothing yet. More

DaJuan was great! Sales manager and finance guy tried to trick me into buying mechanical breakdown insurance. This 7 year 100,000 miles program will not increase your payments, finance guy said. Wow, this sounded great, until I got home and read the paper work in detail. This program, they never called it MBI, is really important with all the high tech on these cars. This program costs me almost $5,000. Finance guy also sold me "battery insurance" as well, at no additional costs then I am already paying. What a scam this was. I went back next day, talked to finance guy and he cancelled the MBI (call it what it is) but my payments stayed the same but amount financed will be reduced. I could not cancel the "battery insurance" at a cost off $500. to me, again a scam. Some shady stuff going on at Alpine Buick, GMC! More
