The sales team followed up diligently to provide responses to my (many) questions. The transaction was likely as unique as any due to an unexpected mishap. Credit to the buyer AND the sales team for handling a difficult situation professionally. Note 3 stars on financing only because transaction was quick and all parties 100% prepared. The transaction did not involve home delivery. Not requested by customer. I was not shown or introduced to the service department. More
