The Dealership was helpful, Jen was Awesome, waited for about an 1 1/2 hour for them to Clean the Vehicle for pick up…. Wasn’t washed wasn’t cleaned. Inside windows were terrible, dirty carpet, windshield about an 1 1/2 hour for them to Clean the Vehicle for pick up…. Wasn’t washed wasn’t cleaned. Inside windows were terrible, dirty carpet, windshield had the dealer dots, all the finger prints on the doors & windows from the test drive. Old Dealer sticker.. Don’t know what they did with it for 1 1/2 hours but cleaning the car wasn’t it! Otherwise a pleasant experience. More

I want to walk into a dealership and be greeted by a warm cup of coffee, a solid handshake and a meaningful smile. Check, check, and check. Buying a car is a big and exciting deal, Ford understands the severity of the process and take care of us in the best way possible. I love the Ford Bronco and can’t wait to go wide open on the great roads provided by American tax payers and paved by Hanks road crew. More
