My daughter and I both purchased vehicles here, and we came back because of the outstanding experience we had buying my previous vehicle several years ago. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. He never made us feel pressured, answered all of our questions. We would gladly work with Mike again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience changed once we got to the finance office. We both declined the extended warranty, and the finance manager's response felt unnecessary and unprofessional. He asked me, "Did you have a bad experience, or do you just have that money to spend?" When I explained that we have a trusted mechanic who takes care of our vehicles, he replied, "He does it for free?" The comments came across as dismissive and left a bad taste after what had otherwise been such a positive experience. It's understandable to explain the benefits of an extended warranty, but customers shouldn't feel judged or pressured for choosing to decline it. Overall, we love our vehicles and truly appreciate Mike's excellent service. I hope the dealership recognizes the value of having salespeople like him and also considers improving the customer experience in the finance office. More

Living in Mid-coast Maine, meant this was done via text, and phone calls and the process could not have been smoother. I knew I needed all wheel drive to get to the Portland Jetport this winter for work. So I am beyond excited with my 2022 Impreza, it checked all the boxes on my wish list, AWD, heated seats, moon roof, and so many safety features, I am not sure how I lived without them before. David was transparent through the entire process, which I appreciated wholeheartedly, no surprises in buying a car is a good thing! Everything was arranged in advance, before I made the trip over. Justin Vos handled the finance portion of the trade and there was no high pressure close at the end of the deal. This new breed of car sales representatives allows the product and the process to speak for itself and takes the word 'sales' out of the formula. One thing that struck me about both employees was their passion for their dealership. They spoke with pride about the business and how it takes care of them, I felt that carried over in their approach and led to a world class experience overall.
