Almost got charged $4000 extra until I showed them the ad on cars.com which they claimed was a mistake, at first, then honored it. I was waiting to see if they'd reply to my email about the blades to post this, but they ignored it, so I just gave up and bought new wiper blades. Great car, the exact one I had been looking for but if I could have got it somewhere else I wish I would have been able to. Clean showroom but a palpable sense of underlying drama and dysfunction.
