I arrived for a 9:00 am service appointment for my Honda HR-V. I decided to see what was in the showroom. I was initially met by Mike who was very social and welcoming. I mentioned I liked my HR-V but neede HR-V. I decided to see what was in the showroom. I was initially met by Mike who was very social and welcoming. I mentioned I liked my HR-V but needed a little more space. He thought the CR-V would be something to review. He introduced me to Kyle who presented a black CR-V. Very pleasant atmosphere. I was not looking to buy a new car but they both showed the upgrades and benefits. I was able to work with everyone without pressure. More
