My wife and I just completed a car purchase through Superstition Springs Lexus (SSL). We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome, salesman and dealership. We also shopped at Toyota, Cadillac and Tesla but were always drawn back to SSL. Fred Scanlan was our salesman. Besides the quality of the car, Fred was a deciding factor in our choice. We initially were only researching new cars expecting to not make a purchase until December. Fred knew this but still spent the time with us to understand our wants and needs in three different visits and four different test drives. Fred found a one-year old car with less than 7,000 miles that met almost all of our demands. Not only that but he was able to save us $15,000 over a new car purchase. Fred was supported by Greg Okolita, his sales manager, and Kaleb McIntyre, Finance Producer. At no time was there any pressure to make any purchase much less unnecessary or unwanted additions. The dealership and staff created a very welcoming and comfortable environment. We'll definitely visit Fred and SSL first for our next car purchase. More

The entire staff was friendly and not pushy/aggressive to sell you something you don’t want. Theo was awesome to work with. Straightforward, upfront, and none of those “tactics” you encounter at other dealer sell you something you don’t want. Theo was awesome to work with. It took about 6 weeks for my vehicle to come in and what was agreed to 5 weeks prior (including trade in value) stayed as agreed upon. Can’t say enough about Theo and his friendly demeanor. He listened to what I wanted in an RX and didn’t try to sway me or sell me anything more than what I wanted. Kaleb in the business office (closer) was organized and said the whole process would take 7 minutes. Again, no aggressive tactics to sell additional warranties or anything. He showed us what was available and we politely declined and boom, onto the next form to sign. We were done in the 7 minutes Kaleb projected. I will definitely buy my next vehicle here and go through Theo. More
