If you’re not fluent in English or new to car buying, be extra careful here. What happened: The sales team rushed the entire process. Promised to explain paperwork after signing (they never did). GAP insurance wasn’t offered or explained — even when asked. Was forced to pay for extras like dent coverage and PermaPlate without clear consent. When “Bob” asked questions, one of the finance reps (Nauman Rabbani) accused him of recording — very suspicious behavior. After the sale, the salesperson (Erick Fitzpatrick) ignored calls and even made threats instead of helping. Key names involved: Erick Fitzpatrick (Sales), Donna Daniel (Sales/Lease Rep), Kaleb Redmond (GM), Eric & Nauman Rabbani, Pinak & Pedro (Customer Relations/Finance). Bottom line: They take advantage of buyers who don’t fully understand the process. Don’t sign anything until you’ve read every line — and if they rush you, walk away. More
