If I could give less than 1 star I would. Gabriel and other sales people love to harass customers and bother them all hours of the night. Gabriel is the ring leader of being the trouble maker. Called to talk to the General Manager and I was given to someone portraying him. There were threats made that if the car was not picked up by a certain day, we are 7-1/2 hours away, they would not sell it to us. The real reason was they would not get the credit for the sale in June nor would they get their commission. The GM of sales, Ankush was supposed to call me first thing this morning. It is now 11:20am and no call! Does it surprise me? No. So my next step is the Better Business Bureau and UAW, that is the union for all auto dealer shops. Even if the dealer is not a member they will be able to direct me as to what to do. I know this because my husband was a member for 50+ years. So if you are smart you will keep your distance from Toyota of Woodbridge. You have been warned!!!! More
