I wanted to share my heartfelt experience over the past year, and to recognize two individuals who truly embody what exceptional customer care looks like.A little over a year ago, I purchased my Subaru wit year, and to recognize two individuals who truly embody what exceptional customer care looks like.A little over a year ago, I purchased my Subaru with the help of Dino, and from the very first interaction it was clear he is not the stereotypical car salesperson. Dino is kind, compassionate, patient, and genuinely committed to helping people find solutions that work for their lives. He understands that while selling cars is a business, many customers are navigating real-life challenges, and he meets them with empathy and respect. That human approach made all the difference for me.What impressed me even more is that his support didn’t end after the sale. When I experienced an issue with my vehicle, Dino immediately stepped in and connected me with Gabby, the service manager. Like Dino, Gabby has exceptional people skills and a remarkable ability to make customers feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.Given that my car was only a little over a year old, I was understandably concerned especially since a recent service visit hadn’t revealed any problems. Gabby went above and beyond, personally ensuring the issue was thoroughly addressed and resolved so I could feel confident and safe driving my vehicle. Her diligence, communication, and ownership of the situation were truly outstanding. I think most people would agree.It’s rare and incredibly special to see professionals like Dino and Gabby working together within the same car dealership.. I think most people’s experience with car dealerships is pretty negative, but this review is one year and someone after and the care and consideration is still the same as the moment I walked in the door, which to me says a lot .Their care, integrity, and commitment completely shaped my experience as a Subaru owner, and I feel genuinely lucky that my introduction to the Subaru community was through them. Without their kindness and dedication, my perception of owning this vehicle could have been very different. I think. these team members truly represent the very best of your brand and deserve to be highlighted and commended for the impact they make on customers every day. They have really set up our high on making me feel like True Family I feel totally valued by the Subaru company Thank you for fostering a team that truly cares. I would hope that other dealers would take a different approach other than that greasy car salesman approached that you meet at so many dealers. It’s hard to feel valued and not like a walking dollar sign! Congratulations Subaru Of Santa Monica whoever hired these guys knew exactly what they were bringing to the table and how they would elevate the Subaru brand in Santa Monica.. More
