I highly reccomend mazda of elk grove I leased a 2014 Mazda 6 great car. Ratish is a great sales consultant who has very good product knowledge and very easy to work with. Ordering parts and getting the correct parts can be very hard at times, but having Bill Thiessen and Kao Chao at the Mazda of Elk Grove parts department makes it very easy and simple. Bill is always 100% ac hard at times, but having Bill Thiessen and Kao Chao at the Mazda of Elk Grove parts department makes it very easy and simple. Bill is always 100% accurate with parts orders and at times will even deliver the parts himself. Kao is a great leader for that parts department and always takes good care of his customers. I recommend Bill and Kao to every shop/vender I talk to. The only thing I would suggest is to have your main counter guys work Monday thru Friday. Most shops order Mondays thru Fridays and its assurance knowing Bill and Kao are the two guys we can count on during the work week. Great job guys! Keep up the good work! More
