Karen lives in Coventry with her loving partner, Dan and is mother to two grown boys. I just wanted to share my first experience with Lexus of Warwick service department as I purchased a Brand new 2025 Lexus LX600 F Sport on July 28 2025 from Gabby who was outstanding from start to finish.. Warwick service department as I purchased a Brand new 2025 Lexus LX600 F Sport on July 28 2025 from Gabby who was outstanding from start to finish...so,now was hoping for the same experience with the service department and I must say that Peppino my service advisor was absolutely amazing from when I first drove inside the service area..he was at my door to greet me with a smile...so knowledgeable with regards to the Lexus brand...a honest gentleman who has integrity and respect for his customers and is a true professional in every way:) Peppino, kept me informed throughout my service and also provided me with a loaner vechilce which was Brand new.! Peppino, is a HUGE asset to the Lexus brand and to Lexus of Warwick as he truly loves his job and takes the time and care with your vehicle throughout your vechilces service appointment! So delighted with Peppino and many thanks to him for a outstanding overall experience...I found a new home from sales, the sales manager, Gabby and Geoff and now Peppino, in service department...it doesn't get any better than Lexus of Warwick Rhode Island!! They definitely want to earn your business from sales to service support and the masters technicians!! I'm so happy that I finally found a complete dealership that's not lacking in customer service support!! Thank you, again Peppino...looking for to my next service with you! I have been coming to Lexus of Warwick for sales, parts and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the fi and service for a number of years and there is not one department that takes it for granted. They have always treated me as if I was there for the first time, they are always making sure that I keep coming back. When I call PAPINO for service he is always making sure that he accommodates my time for an appointment. When I enter the service bay he makes sure he greets all his customers and then will tell me how long it will take for the service I am there for, he is always spot on and if they find an issue he makes sure he lets me know that if I want to do any other services he will say about how much longer. He is the reason why along with the parts guys and sales managers I keep coming back. More

Brought my 2015 Lexus IS250 F Sport in to have tire pressure adjusted with nitrogen. While I waited stopped by parts and got new plate frames and a winter hat out of the Lexus collection.
