This was my first purchase from Walt Massey GMC in Columbia, and I will most likely purchase another truck from them in 2-3 years. Columbia is around 35 miles from my home in Hattiesburg, but I decided to make the trip due to poor treatment and substandard service at my local GMC dealership in Hattiesburg. I am glad I did because the entire experience at Walt Massey GMC was very smooth and straightforward. My sales representative, AJ, was courteous and professional as was the finance manager, Kasch. The only unpleasant part of the whole experience was dealing with the GMC App and trying to get my OnStar account set up. I will definitely be sending any friends and coworkers who are interested in purchasing a GMC truck to Walt Massey. More
