The car was ready days earlier, which was a welcome surprise. The check-out payment process is super slick. I completed everything from my iPhone on the way to the dealer. I usually schedule services ahead of time online which is helpful but the couple times I’ve had bigger emergencies Kasey gets me in as soon as possible with a loaner vehicle. Once the car has been inspected, Kasey does an excellent job with open communication from start to finish. She also checks in post-service to make sure you are 100% satisfied and that there are no issues with your vehicle. My family brings all their cars to MB of Loveland for services.
