We bought my wife a Two year old Chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel for $50,000 we told them when we bought it that the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly they told me it was in my head that I should pus diesel for $50,000 we told them when we bought it that the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly they told me it was in my head that I should push the recirculation button on the dash which of course was a lie. I have since sent two letters to them they ignored both letters today I spent $1500 to get the air conditioning fixed on the truck, stay as far away from these crooked liars as possible. I normally handle everything with my Mazda but service with my ABS, I needed some help. After having a HORRIBLE experience with Mazda in Gainesville. I called Katelyn, and she got me in ASAP. She made me feel like all my thoughts were valid and told me everything was going to be ok. I truly felt so taken care of at Jenkins. A complete 180 from the Gainesville experience. When I got to the dealership, I spoke with Justin about all the information I had collected before arriving and NEVER once did I feel put down. He took all the information I had and made sure to keep me updated as things progressed. I never felt pressured and was fully informed the whole time! Maxine was determined to get me what I wanted for a price I could afford. Determined to not let me walk out without a smile on my face and a car I was in love with. We had a fantastic experience. We spent over a year looking for a good deal on a Ford Expedition Max. We received what we expected from our trade, Jerold and Sheriff provided great service and helped us thru the whole process. The two of them sent us all the information we requested and all the photos we requested. Sheriff made sure our experience was great. Jerold was very entertaining and we had a great time talking to him and getting our deal all set. We even left some cash and a few items in our trade in and Jerold returned them to us when he found them. It’s been a month since we purchased and the two had recently checked up on us as well. For a car dealership it was the best experience we’ve had at one. Glad to have bought a vehicle here and will continue to do so in the future. More
