I have been a customer at Gates Nissan Richmond for over 15 years. This week I purchased my third new vehicle from them. Aladdin worked with me, and he is amazing! So knowledgeable. The vehicle I traded in was eight years old and I had no idea auto technology had changed so much in eight years. I know I'll be calling him to find out how to change a feature or how to set something up. Only Gates services my vehicles. The service department always friendly, always helpful. Jobs done right the first time. Never any do-overs. Kathy and Brian have been in the service department all the years I've been going to Gates. They always explain what repairs/service was done and what future maintenance/service may be needed. Gates is a great dealership. No pressure or pushy people. They will work with you in any way possible to make you a happy customer. More

Made my experience truly pleasant. I did purchase a vehicle with his help. I continued to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership. The service staff is excellent. Thank you Gerald, Andrea, Kathy and the guys in the shop. Fast forward to March of 2025. I purchased another vehicle with the help of Megan Gross. She was also knowledgeable and kind.
