We bought our daughter a Ford Escape from Oakes and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Our salesperson Kaydence was amazing! My husband can be a little pushy 😂 and Kaydence handled it wit have nothing but good things to say about them. Our salesperson Kaydence was amazing! We were able to laugh with him and they all just made us feel like we were all friends. The finance area is a bit chilly so bring a jacket or light blanket 😂. They do have good hot chocolate! The manager Matt was also very welcoming and friendly. I don’t generally like car shopping but the experience at Oakes GMC was great! I would definitely recommend anyone I know to go there and buy a car and ask for Kaydence! More

My only reason for a 4/5 star rating comes down to the way the vehicle was priced. I wish the final price was closer to the listed price. There was a 2000 trade in discount applied to the list price and a 1000 discount applied if you finance through them. Just be aware of those 2 things. All in all I'm happy with the purchase. I'm a repeat customer! More
