Hi! I'm Kayla and thank you for taking the time to find me on Dealer Rater. Quickly after starting my career with Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon, I was surprised to find a passion for auto sales develop and flourish. As someone who was scared to even get an oil change, cars and the entire ordeal of shopping intimated me tremendously. My role as a Client Care Specialist allowed me to help clients who were just like me and meet everyone with empathy, understanding and information which created some amazing relationships, happy clients and a successful career. I'm thrilled to build and grow my department here with Herb Chambers' newest store, Jaguar Land Rover Boston. The opportunity to cultivate these values and mission for superior customer service within my team is a dream come true and serving the greater Boston area is humbling to say the least. After my terrible experience at another dealership of Herb Chambers, I decided not to buy cars from Herb Chambers dealerships anymore. My experience killed my trust to the company, until I met with Adil Herb Chambers, I decided not to buy cars from Herb Chambers dealerships anymore. My experience killed my trust to the company, until I met with Adil and his team at Jaguar - Land Rover of Boston. I think every manager has to talk to him about how “Customer Service” should be. Even I ended up buying a car through a third party Adil even help me with that transaction. My next vehicle transaction definitely at his dealership. I also want to thank Fernanda Starr, Adriano Polanco, Victor Argueta and My T Phan. You should be thankful for Adil and his team taking Herb Chambers reputation from the ground to the top again.
