The whole experience from the beginning,Kayla introduced herself, I told her the vehicle I was interested in and she took over showings me my options, from there I drove the F150 lightning the she had on th herself, I told her the vehicle I was interested in and she took over showings me my options, from there I drove the F150 lightning the she had on the lot. I really liked the truck but I told her I maybe interested in purchasing a new model, she had her manager run me some numbers and he told what he had coming in.I told her I was going to look at a dealership near my house in Tarpon Springs, I did and they had a new flash coming in that day. I went by and looked at it and was not impressed because of the interior. But then I gat a call from Kayla saying she would really like to earn my business. I was really impressed with her reaching out to me rather than moving on to the next customer.I went back to the dealership we talked, I went over what I was willing to take for my truck and what I was willing to pay for her truck. Together we talk to management and came up, with a deal I could live with. I really don’t think I would have bought the tuck I have now if Kayla had not gently move the deal along. Thanks to Kayla and the management team At New Port Richie! I took my new truck to Orlando the weekend to visit my Grandson and it was seamless charging no issues. Kayla was excellent to work with but the manager handling my deal and the finance guy leave a lot to be desired. I ordered my maverick and when it came in I told the manger not to add anything extra includin my deal and the finance guy leave a lot to be desired. I ordered my maverick and when it came in I told the manger not to add anything extra including their appearance package. After agreeing to a price I was excited until I got to the finance guy. The manger had added the appearance package I told him not to plus added an extended warranty on a brand new vehicle, plus tire insurance, gap insurance, and service deals. I told the finance guy I was walking out because of this until he reluctantly deleted all the add ons except gap. This is not the first this has happened at this dealership. The service department is awesome, especially Frank Johnson but the sales department and finance leave a lot to be desired, even after I have purchased numerous vehicles from this dealership. But no more, I am done with them. More
