My daughter’s car was taken in for diagnostics. The dealership did figure out the problem and correct it. However, when my daughter picked up her car the seat was broken. She was informed that she The dealership did figure out the problem and correct it. However, when my daughter picked up her car the seat was broken. She was informed that she would have to pay for it. That’s when I unfortunately had to get involved. She took the car there with a working seat and received the car back with a broken seat. Not her problem. But it was. She was told she would have to pay to get it repaired. That was not right. Had I not got involved, she was going to pay for something she didn’t break. It was not handled the best of ways. Eventually she did get her seat fixed for free. Only because I had to stand up for what was right. More
