I had a problem with the back up camera. They checked it out and really didn't know what was wrong, but they knew it was wrong. They started a conversation with the higher ups in Kia company They checked it out and really didn't know what was wrong, but they knew it was wrong. They started a conversation with the higher ups in Kia company to figure out what solutions there was, but that was taking longer then they anticipated and let me know they went ahead and ordered a new part and it would be available the following week. The next week I gave them back my car itbfixed the problem and no issues since. Everyone was great and helpful. I used their complementary shuttle service 3 times and I car they drove was nice enough that I might consider it in the future. More

I had a wonderful experience at Kia Manteca when I brought my car in for service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The service advisor clearly explained brought my car in for service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The service advisor clearly explained everything that would be done and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was serviced efficiently, and I appreciated the detailed inspection report and recommendations provided. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and customer-focused. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend this Kia dealership for anyone looking for reliable service and outstanding customer care! More
