I have been dealing with Keith Randall for many years. (Prior to Miller Ford Lincoln he was with Dennis Zawalich, Owner of Burlington Lincoln Mercury, which merged with Miller.) He is personable, knowledgeable, and a true professional. Keith and the Miller team make my new lease car experience painless everytime. Keith always insures that the process is expedited so I do not have to wait unnecessarily; i.e., the paperwork is prepared ahead of my arriving. This time Keith realized that I had a scheduling conflict, so he and Dennis Zawalich drove to my home and brought my 2011 MKZ back to the dealership. I was able to meet them at the dealership later in the day to complete my transaction and pick up my new 2012 MKZ. Now that's what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! Bob Ball was friendly and efficient in handling my leasing paperwork. I am more than happy to recommend all of these fine people on the Miller Ford Lincoln team to my family and friends. More

The over all experience was awesome. Keith is a very good sales person, he talked to me as a person and not just a customer. My wife and I recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Miller Ford and the experience could not have been better. Initially, we were shopping for a four-door sedan so we looked at several different brand Miller Ford and the experience could not have been better. Initially, we were shopping for a four-door sedan so we looked at several different brands (Honda, Subaru, Chevy and Kia) and we were not all that impressed with what they had to offer. We then test drove several Ford models and like all of them. But we kept looking at the Escape XLT and our salesman set us up for a test drive - we loved everything about it. The ride was smooth and quiet and the interior amenities were well-thought-out and convenient. Suffice to say, the product sold itself. But equally important was the actual transaction - which in our opinion is usually the most painful and stressful part of the process when purchasing a new vehicle. Not at Miller! Or salesman (Keith Miller) and the Sales Manager (John McDonald) were amazing. They answered all our questions, guided us on rebates, financing, extended warranty options, and reviewed Miller's comprehensive service program. It was the easiest part of the process. From start to finish we were in and out of the dealership with our new Escape in less than three hours including all the test drives we took. Lastly, once we left the dealership that was not the end of Miller. The dealership stays in close touch via email to ensure everything was (and is) to our complete satisfaction and they even provide FREE training during the day and evening for those who want to learn how to use all the features of Ford's amazing SYNC system. We HIGHLY recommend Miller Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The vehicles are top-notch, the service is excellent, the price is fair, and there's no pressure from their sales team. More
