Ms.Kelly is great at her Job, well done. But the guy brought the car back around from oil change said he vacuumed my car out, but didn’t and when I confronted him he had a bad attitude. Service was performed, but dash lights that worked before service do not work now. I left 2 voicemails regarding this issue, and neither call was returned. I called again and spoke to a service repres before service do not work now. I left 2 voicemails regarding this issue, and neither call was returned. I called again and spoke to a service representative. I was told I don't need an appointment to have it checked. Not happy paying $421 for labor to find and correct the parasitic electrical drain. Then got the car back with dash lights not working that were when I brought it in. I expect the job to be completed with no charge. More
