It took 3 weeks for the repairs to be completed. First they had to order certain parts which took a week, after the parts came, they were missing certain hardware and finally they realized that the First they had to order certain parts which took a week, after the parts came, they were missing certain hardware and finally they realized that they didn’t have the tire that had to be replaced so they needed to special order. On the day of pickup, I waited over an hour to get the car. Apparently they dropped the car off to be washed, but they forgot to send someone back to pick it up. I think they realized when I asked why my car was taking so long after about 49 mins. More
