I got my first lease in 2018 when I was 19 years old. The entire process was a hassle, with both the sales department and service center. I noticed the truck had an alignment issue (I have over 5 years exper entire process was a hassle, with both the sales department and service center. I noticed the truck had an alignment issue (I have over 5 years experience in the automotive field), but my concern was just shrugged off because they thought I didn't understand how roads crown. Only after speaking directly with the service manager, did they finally address the issue properly. The biggest of all issues I had though was with my recall. Plenty of dealerships unintentionally overcharged customers $175 more for OnStar than what was needed. Chevrolet put out a recall notice on the vehicles this happened with, and stated that the dealership had to be contacted in order to issue a check to the customer. Unfortunately, even after multiple attempts over two years, I had never received my check. I had ignored messages and phone calls from not only my sales person, but the manager as well. Overall, my experience with this dealership was poor. Coming from not only a customer, but someone who knows quite a bit about the automotive industry, I would like to think my opinion in this case is extremely valid. More
