We spotted a great looking car from the road and in a moment of enlightenment we decided to turn around and take a better look at it. Effy met us out there and offered to go get the keys so we could look inside. Needless to say he made it extremely easy to trade in our 35 year old jeep and buy this great 2023 4Runner. To this day Effy is still taking care of us for any questions we come up with even at 3 am which is when we come up with the tougher questions. More

Don’t know what to say. Brought mg truck in to get serviced and the blower for the air conditioner went out and I never had an issue with it before. I always have good service when i used to take my 2013 Tahoe. But this time I took in my 2020 GMC Sierra cause the check engine light would come off and on. According to the code it was having a misfire. Tahoe. But this time I took in my 2020 GMC Sierra cause the check engine light would come off and on. According to the code it was having a misfire. I dropped it off when they opened on a Wednesday, they said they would have to do a full Diagnostic would take 24 to 48 hours for result (which sounds too long for an answer). I called the next day (Thursday)in the afternoon and asked if any news. They said the mechanic was real busy but they would get back to me. I have a tracker on my truck and I watched it parked in the back all day Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Finally Saturday afternoon I had enough and went in person. They went to the back to look for it after they said it was in the shop. They came back and said the mechanic passed it to another mechanic and were waiting on the results. I told them sorry but I need my truck. I told them I have a tracker on it and watched it parked for 4 days. Asked for it back and left. Very disappointed. More

They do not has good customer service. I took in for service and have a 3 year plan but they would not recognize plan because they have switched companies. Spoke with the finance manager t I took in for service and have a 3 year plan but they would not recognize plan because they have switched companies. Spoke with the finance manager that told me he will fix but have not heard from him. Do buy any warranty plans from this dealership. More
