The salesman was very nice and pleasant but after the sale we found that they lied to us repeatedly. When called out on it the pompas xxx manager Scott said this is how we have always done and I don't un sale we found that they lied to us repeatedly. When called out on it the pompas xxx manager Scott said this is how we have always done and I don't understand why you don't just sign the new papers and get over it. He kept telling my girlfriend that her reasons for being upset at them lying to us weren't justified in his mind and to think of something better and call him. My girlfriend has cerebral palsy and struggles when talking and this is how he treated her. Don't buy from suburban, when we called jeep they even said they were not allowed to do what they did so now we are contacting BBB. More

Ken and Ryan made my car buying experience a pleasure. Ken was my salesperson and the knowledge he had of the non-Chrysler used car that I bought was amazing. He obviously done his homework. The dealership was clean an orderly. Not counting my time for a test drive and examine the car, it took 3 hours to complete a previously negotiated deal. Way to long.
