The Classic Chevrolet solicited my business, inviting me to shop for a car on their lot. I was a costumer at another dealership in the area, but decided to shop around. The dealership that I have done busin to shop for a car on their lot. I was a costumer at another dealership in the area, but decided to shop around. The dealership that I have done business with before treated me fair and honest, in my opinion, and they helped me out when I needed it the most. The sales team at Classic was great! Jason the manager worked on the pricing and Ken put me into a great car from the pre owned lot; Ken is from the new car sales lot, but helped me anyway... thanks! I was asked to come in the next day to do a resigning with the finance manager- terrible experience! I had a question concerning my total payment including my warranty. I purchased the premium package and had spent, what I felt, was a lot of money at the dealership. The finance manager, Mary, went from friendly to irate and scolded me like a child in front of one of her staff. Afterwards, I ask her staff what that was all about and he told me that he had never seen anything like it! I called customer service to complain, they took my information and told me that someone would be getting back to me. I called three days later, not having heard from anyone, customer service told me the first of the following week someone will have an answer for me. It has been 16 days since my inexcusable experience at Classic Chevrolet and not one apology. I apologize to the wonderful sales team, but I say stay clear of a dealer that takes a large sum of money from a person, and then treats them very disrespectfully. I will not recommend their services to anyone I know. I can assure you that I will be taking my car to the dealer down the road for service- they have always treated me with respect! More

I've purchased my last two silverados from Classic. Both experiences were exceptional with two different salesman. Most recently I worked with Ken Johnson and he did an excellent job. I had done my research online (another great tool provided by Classic) and knew what I wanted, but Classic once again surprised me with an even better deal than I expected. The Finance Dept. was also great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I have. Just after buying my first silverado I suggested them to a co-worker. A week later he had a silverado as well and was very pleased with his experience at classic. Just recently my wife asked me what I thought as a co-worker of hers was wanting a new vehicle. I suggested Classic and he purchased a vehicle last week from Classic. As long as Classic has what I want I intend to buy from them again in the future. Five Stars to Ken Johnson, the Finance Dept. and Classic Chevrolet Cadillac!! More

I have bought trucks at this dealer before, and I have always felt good about my business deals. They are very friendly and I really enjoyed working with Mr Ken Johnson. I was Very pleased, my main concern was to get out of my old vehicle to reduce my monthly payment. Classic Chevy was able to do this by lowering my payment by $240 per month. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Classic Chevrolet. I was looking to purchase a new Equinox and was having troubles finding exactly the vehicle I wanted. I looked at several dealers around Chevrolet. I was looking to purchase a new Equinox and was having troubles finding exactly the vehicle I wanted. I looked at several dealers around where I live and no one wanted to take the time to help me find what I wanted. I was recommended to Classic by a friend. Ken Johnson was the salesman that helped me and was wonderful from the beginning. I told him everything that I wanted and he was willing to look for it. He would call me everyday to let me know how his progress was going. Eventually he found my car. He was more than happy to drive the 6 hours to where my car was and back to pick it up for me. He even went so far as to get me a sticker from the state where my car was purchased so I would remember where it came from. The day I wanted to pick up my car was Ken's day off, but he was willing to come in so I could get it on the day I wanted. He had everything ready to make the purchase as smooth as possible. He also helped me figure out what all the little gadgets in my new car were. I would highly recommend this dealship and definately Ken Johnson. He made a stressful experience so easy and fun. I absolutely love my car and would not have been so satisfied had it not been for Ken. Thank You!!!! More

Every department was friendly and very helpful.If I had any complaint it would be that I was told my vehicle would have a full tank of gas and that was not delivered.
