Quality customer service and relatively painless transaction process despite some minor complexities involved in my vehicle purchase. The primary reason I am leaving a 5-star rating is that this is transaction process despite some minor complexities involved in my vehicle purchase. The primary reason I am leaving a 5-star rating is that this is only one of two Toyota dealers in the New England area that gave me a sticker-price quote for a 2021 Rav4 Prime. Due to the demand for that model (they are pretty much only available via pre-order at this point) and the chip shortage and just the generally terrible state of the new and used car market, all other dealers I contacted were apply non-negotiable mark ups to the price of Rav4 Primes. The markups I encountered ranged from $3,000-$6,000, though I've heard that out on the west coast those markups are exceeding $10,000. Only Acton and one other dealer were willing to offer me MSRP. So kudos to them for prioritizing the customer before short-term profits. More
