Worst dealer experience of my life and I am 63 years old. The dealership decided what was best for me was, a 25% interest loan and a $4500 extended warranty, because of my 657 credit score. All of which was approved without my consent and without proof of income from me. In addition, the vehicle was delivered in a rush to me without any paperwork for me at all and without a brake reservoir cap for the car as promised. After the first day, the front tire was near flat and when I took it to the shop, they said that all the tires were dry rotted and needed to be replaced immediately, because it was unsafe to drive as is. On the second day, I took the car in because it sounded like "rocks rattling" under the front end of the car. I was given a $2300 estimate for required front end work, that needs to be done ASAP. JUST DONT. Purchase elsewhere. Also when you take your car back in for their service after they delivered it ( a PORSCHE no less ) with major mechanical problem Purchase elsewhere. Also when you take your car back in for their service after they delivered it ( a PORSCHE no less ) with major mechanical problems , their service manager will crash it and hide the car for 8 weeks ( exact truth with documents ) and then you’ll think it’s fine until you take it for an oil change ( after fighting with your insurance who suddenly says there’s an accident / prior damage and raises your rate by double , even though you KNOW it’s had no accidents and you surely haven’t had one. ) the porsche specialist you take it to for its oil change and tune up. Finds MAJOR damage that you absolutely know wasn’t present ( after all. You had your own legal team from your non profit ( which you purchased the very nice used car for business with - inspect it and broker the deal. ) did I mention how hard it was to get ANY answer about anything involving my own vehicle while I was stranded without one for those 8 weeks. Yeah. Just. Don’t. And if you DO purchase here , do so with a lawyer and mechanical team so they can’t joyride / cause major damage. ( the repairs I’ve had to do because salvage law means she had an accident while I owned her means the accident is on MY LexisNexis report. ) has cost me double what I paid for the car. Luckily I keep records and so does my team. More

Bought a car a year ago and a pricey warranty that "covered just about everything" which, stupid me, thought typical problems would be covered. Well, after having to pay out of pocket to replace the f "covered just about everything" which, stupid me, thought typical problems would be covered. Well, after having to pay out of pocket to replace the front and rear suspension, tire pressure sensors that went out just days after purchasing, and both front wheel bearings, the "warranty" has not paid a dime because they failed to inform me that after the vehicle hit 150k miles, pretty much nothing was covered anymore! Not to mention the many hours spent cleaning the vehicle, even after their "detail" I still spent days cleaning out moldy french fries from the air vents and between the seats. While the people may be helpful (only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1), don't listen to their blatant lies. The manager straight up lied that everything was covered, I don't remember the name, I think it was Al but I will NEVER go back here again, and have stopped multiple people from falling for the lies. More
