What a pleasure I came to this dealership because they had advertised a used car that I wanted. I met my salesman, Andreas Burkett, who treated me such friendly cou I came to this dealership because they had advertised a used car that I wanted. I met my salesman, Andreas Burkett, who treated me such friendly courtesy you would have thought I was going to buy a car three times the cost of my new one! He took the time to have the car put on the rack and the service technician and I went over the whole underbody to assure me that there were no leaks nor rust. Andreas was knowledgable about the whole car buying process, and when he handed me over to Michael Stain in finance, I received the same courtesy. Michael worked hard to get me the lowest price and rates. The car was washed, gassed up and ready when I was. What a pleasant, no-pressure,helpful transaction. I even received a hand-written thank you note a few days after my purchase. I'm quite certain that I'll never go another place to buy a car More

Customer oriented end to end. I am a customer of the West Chester Mercedes since it opened 10 years ago. The service department will only recommend you service that make sense, find the best cost options and will put your interests first. I have not seen that anywhere else. We own two Mercedes and I drive Mercedes for more than 25 years. This service center is one of the best ones I dealt with. They listen to what you need and do exactly what you said to be done. Very friendly atmosphere. Lisa Hines was attentive, answered all of our questions. Did what she said she was going to do; returned phone calls promptly, took care of small issues, made us feel comfort answered all of our questions. Vehicle made some "rattle" noises in the suspension. Lisa offered to take a ride to listen and help understand what we were concerned about. Overall, a great experience. More

On a recent trip from Atlanta, Ga to Dayton Oh, I experienced a mechanical problem on my MB E430. Ken Gullette, service manager, was kind enough to repair my car late on a Saturday afternoon. I mentioned I was interested in buying another car. Ken directed me to the showroom where I was greeted by salesman, Will Jones. What a blessing !! A thoughtful , caring service manager and salesman at the same dealership. After viewing several cars with Will, I decided on a 2011 E350 certified pre-owned . Tom Cooperstien, finance administrator, made this a quick and easy transaction. When I returned to Atlanta I discovered a slight problem. I was directed by the dealership to take the car to a local Mercedes dealership. The entire team from Craig Thomas, General manager/President, Ken Gullette, Service Manager, and Will Jones, my salesman, quickly and to my satisfaction resolved the issue.
