Our issue is with the length of time it took to get the paperwork done after we had already had pre approved financing with Rave credit union (we had the letter saying Classic was a preferred dealership) and the fact after waiting 3 hrs to close the deal and take the car, the car was not detailed and cleaned. Those issues were not Denzel’s fault and he did his best to keep us informed on the situation causing the delay. More

I had my car for service and ordered floor mats for my car. The floor mats didn’t come in to be installed durning my service, but the day after my car was serviced I had a check engine light. I was told that while they were addressing the check engine light that all my floor mats would be installed. When I went to pick up my car they fixed the check engine light it turned out to be wire connections that where not properly plugged in durning my first service, but they only installed the front and rear floor mats and not the cargo mat that I requested and verified that the service adviser ordered it with the first service. It turned out that it was never ordered and classic ordered the day I picked up my car after the second service. It is now two weeks after ordering the cargo mat and classic has still not reached out to me that they have received it. More

The sales team is fantastic. Derrick and Victoria both went above and beyond to take care of us. The problem is the management staff. The first time we came in Friday the manager treated me like I was dumb so we decided not to buy here. Then Saturday when we decided the car we wanted was more important than the poor service we bought. When we were with finance manager he continued to refer to other lending institutions as “crackheads” and stated numerous times how they were on crack. My family works in financial institutes this dealer does business with and I was upset that they are crackheads according to your management staff. Finally today I returned to have front license plate put on since Derrick told me to come back and they would do it and another manager told me I didn’t know the law and that I didn’t need it even though I was pulled over for it. When looking up law it is required. I was so frustrated another sales person Bruce stated “can we please just put the license plate in” and the manager just walked away arrogantly. Based on salespeople I will be back in 6 months to purchase a sierra. Hopefully the management staff receives some additional training on dealing with customers. More
