My car had a warranty covered brake failure. I brought it in for service on a Saturday and via text was told they needed to order the part and it would be in on Tuesday. There were no loaner car I brought it in for service on a Saturday and via text was told they needed to order the part and it would be in on Tuesday. There were no loaner cars and i was told to "carpool to work". I explained that this is challenging as i am a nurse and dont work an office job. I was then told my car with 26, 000 miles on it needed 2 new tires and offered an oil change even though i have 33% oil life left. I was provided a quote over text for 2 new tires, rotation and balance for almost 1000.00, broken down into tire cost, rotation cost and balancing cost. I declined the oil change and the tires and agreed to the tire rotation and balance. The work was completed and i was given a total of 400.00 for tire rotation and balance. I questioned the cost as it did not match what i was quoted and was told, oh that was the price if you bought the tires. At no point was i told via text or phone of the new charge. After sending back the text with the original quote to the service team and advising i was not informed of the price change they offered a small discount. Very unprofessional. The service department has declined over the years. I have been a Bridgewater Chevy customer for over 14 years. This is a disappointment. More

I am upset I was not called, I could have taken the car home and waited till parts came in. The advisor was lax and stupid, now I have more problems you can not fix. More

I never saw that before so I am assuming it was the wax separating. I rinsed the car several times to remove the xxxxxxof wax but the circles (I'll say it looked liked the wax was pooling all over the car) including the sides and they kept coming back so I am not sure why but I assume the wax was put on very thick and it did not set or adhere and did not fully dry as it was dripping and drying into small xxxxxxevery day even after rinsing the car each time. This started maybe a day after the detailing and it rained on and off for the next week or two, not a lot but enough to wet the car. This went on for the next three weeks. Has this happened before to anyone else. Now I feel the car no longer has any wax coating that was put on when it was detailed. No exaggerating, there was a lot of wax that came off the car. I was going to ignore it and figure it was just excess wax, but it went on for two plus weeks, in fact it is still happeneing but to a lesser degree. So I don't know what else to say but I spent over $200.00 having my car detailed. More
