They have absolutely no communication in the service department. Keri is rude and doesn’t want to be bothered. I dropped my truck off originally to get transmission lines fixed. I got it fixed after a w department. Keri is rude and doesn’t want to be bothered. I dropped my truck off originally to get transmission lines fixed. I got it fixed after a week and a half , mind you it sat for multiple days before even being looked at. When I got it back my horn and windshield washer fluid wasn’t working, I went back because obviously they did something. Now I make an appt and take it back. When I arrived they said I didn’t have an appt. And it just sat in their parking lot again. No phone call , nothing! I called the following day to see the status and was told unfortunately it hasn’t been looked at but Keri knows it’s not related! Are you kidding me ? So unprofessional, rude and completely unacceptable! I will never take my vehicle there again and if you guys were smart you wouldn’t either. You would have better luck taking your vehicle to McDonald’s! More

As always, the customer service staff was courteous and professional. It was obvious that the day I was there that they were extremely busy, but they never let it show or affect their customer service. Tha professional. Entire staff was great to work with. They informed me of what the cost of repair would be before starting the service. Work was performed on time. Unfortunately, 30 miles after pickin They informed me of what the cost of repair would be before starting the service. Work was performed on time. Unfortunately, 30 miles after picking up the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Upon contacting the service desk, they assured me the vehicle could be safely driven and they immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment. More
