I believe I had only 1 minor complaint, but not enough that I don't bring my vehicle here for everything. I like that they keep me informed via text with everything that is happening. The video is new feature I see that was added. Getting my permission before work is done, with the proof that it is needed, is excellent. From the time I pulled my car in, until the time I pulled off the lot, was about 1.5 hours. Not bad. The waiting area is stocked with coffee, tea, water, electical outlets, comfortable chairs, and a television. What more can you ask?? My only negative was a 3% charge for using a credit card, including a debit card. That only means that I have to bring cash from now on. I highly recommend this location. Easily 5 stars!! Oh yeah..they washed my car!! I love it!
