Moses, who handled the financial aspects, was very helpful, courteous, and efficient at processing all the paperwork. I couldn't believe how quickly he got everything done while still answering my questions along the way. Both he and Kerry made me feel like they really valued me as a customer and appreciated my choosing Acura. Rick, the service director, runs an award-winning department so I know all the service is top-notch. We had some challenges in our credit background but the team there made sure they went through all the options to finance and even kept looking for us past the time we were there, finding a willing bank abut 45 minutes after we had left. We gladly went back and made the deal final. Great experience!! More
