I went to the dealership with all intent of buying a new car because of the current specials that Honda was advertising. I owned a 2011 CRV and wanted to upgrade to a 2014 CRV. My experience was good everyo car because of the current specials that Honda was advertising. I owned a 2011 CRV and wanted to upgrade to a 2014 CRV. My experience was good everyone there was and is very nice group. Jim C. and Janie assisted me the evening that I purchased my new car, Jim & Felicia finished two days later when we returned to pick up the new vechile. I went a little bit over my budget however over all I would return to the dealership again. More

My Honda Accord experienced major mechanical problems while travelling from Ohio to West Virginia. John Howerton Honda came to our rescue! My car was full with my wife and three children. The awesome while travelling from Ohio to West Virginia. John Howerton Honda came to our rescue! My car was full with my wife and three children. The awesome sales person showed up with a vehicle to help bring my stranded family back to the dealership where my car was towed free of charge. It is in my opinion that this dealership went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us in one of a families most vulnerable moments, being stuck on a highway over 200 miles from home. The knowledgeable and diligent service staff got to work right away on my car. They did their very best to get us back on the road again. Unfortunately the issue with my car was severe and they were not able to get it back running that day. I rented a car and continued my trip with my family. During the time my car was being fixed, Mike called me nearly every day to give me an update. When I returned to pick up my car they had cleaned it up for me and I must say it has never run better. More
