When my wife and I found ourselves in the market to trade in our other vehicle, I assumed the experience would be a similar disappointment; I was dead wrong. The trade in process was painless. Took all of 10 minutes for them to evaluate my trade and came up with a very fair offer. Our sales rep was Casey, and she knocked it out of the park! I prefer to work my vehicle deals via text and email so I'm not spending hours on end at a dealership waiting for the bank to get back to the sales manager. She was extremely responsive every step of the way. We chose a beautiful 2021 Cayenne GTS. Once I filled out a credit app, I was contacted by the finance manager, Paul, who immediately sent over the numbers and allowed me to docusign most of the paperwork from the comfort of my office. Once I took delivery, I was in the F&I office for all of 5 minutes. I signed a few forms, did a walkaround of the new vehicle, moved all of my personal belongings from my old vehicle, and drove off. Took all of 15-20 minutes. When you're buying a premium product like a Porsche, you expect premium service. Porsche Atlanta Northeast absolutely delivered on this. I will ONLY be coming back to this dealership for any/all of the Porsche vehicles I choose to purchase in the future. Bottom line: OVERALL BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD when buying a vehicle. If you're in the market for a Porsche, make sure you come to this dealership, and make sure you ask for Casey! You won't be disappointed! More
