This place is usually very good, however, my most recent
trip, my total vehicle check came back with an item that "needs immediate attention" - something that, in looking at my records, was grossly overdue

When I asked the staff about it, I was told that "I would be fine" (atypical for this place), and it was not offered to me for them to take care of it while I was there. I felt somewhat pushed out of the dealership. I guess I will have to take care of this elsewhere.
