Poor service , not sure why ask $1300 for a simple thing where I did that fix from out side at almost half price . Kevin handled my initial visit to diagnose the problem and the follow-up appt. for service/repair very efficiently. It was helpful to arrange the appt. via text. And the loaner vehicle was available as and the follow-up appt. for service/repair very efficiently. It was helpful to arrange the appt. via text. And the loaner vehicle was available as promised. I was glad Route 9 Nissan acknowledged the tourque converter seal leak and repaired it under the vehicle warranty. More
