I wasn't explained how to remove the nail that was in the tyre and only gave option to replace all 4 tyres. Because I didn't choose to replace the tyres, the response to me when I arrived at the service cen tyre and only gave option to replace all 4 tyres. Because I didn't choose to replace the tyres, the response to me when I arrived at the service center was not good. The service took just few minutes and I wonder if they really changed the oil as indicated in the invoice or just moved on. My experience with Route 9 Nissan has been very bad and would not suggest anyone buying a car. When buying my car, I was given the car more than a month delay even when I had paid 4k down payment. Manager had suggested that they will waive first month EMI but that didn't happen. That told me that I will get all weather mat but when I asked for it subsequently, they asked me to come during first service as they didn't have stock. When I came asking for it on my first service, the employee who had promised me had left so no one agreed to that verbal commitment. More
