Poor Service Team I have owned our 2017 Kia Soul + for 4 months now after purchasing it new from Halleen Kia of Sandusky. Our salesman was kind and helpful. All the w I have owned our 2017 Kia Soul + for 4 months now after purchasing it new from Halleen Kia of Sandusky. Our salesman was kind and helpful. All the while we have owned this vehicle, like many Kias, there has been an issue turning the car off and/or removing the key from the ignition. Each time the issue happened I had called and they always said the same thing, make sure it is in park lock and unlock the doors and push on the key and so on. I called yet again today and talked to a very rude and condescending service manager by the name of Kevin Neibler. I explained that I was unhappy and asked that he make contact with my wife to discuss the issue and set up service as she has been the one driving the vehicle in which he kept beating around bush and avoiding the matter of setting up service with her until he eventually hung up on me. Looks like standing by your product warranty and customer service is a thing of the past here at Halleen Kia. If your vehicle is in need of service, please be sure to avoid Kevin Neibler. I can no longer recommend this dealership for the purchase of a Kia. Once they have ridden their business of the rude service manager or put him through the proper training required for customer service, I will change my review... More
