I have been coming to this dealership for the last 5 years and the service has been nothing short of amazing. Whether I come in for a simple car wash or to have my car serviced, I am always greeted with years and the service has been nothing short of amazing. Whether I come in for a simple car wash or to have my car serviced, I am always greeted with a warm hello and friendly service. I will definitely keep coming back to Norm Reeves! I initially came in for an oil change and was assisted by Allen who was super helpful and patient because I ended up trading in my 2020 accord for the 2024 accord hybrid. For that purchase I was assisted by Kevin Ortega who was amazing! From the moment we met, he was honest, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I was impressed how he valued my opinion and knew right away from my reaction that I was interested in the accord vs a civic. While on the text drive we had a great conversation and he even opened up about owning a Honda a well (which is greatly appreciated when you’re in the market for a new one). Kevin made my purchase seem less, and although it was a long wait before the car was actually mine (which I totally understand) he continued to check on me and also apologized for the wait. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Vickers who handled my financing. He was also knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions. I can honestly say you all have the best employees and I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Allen, Kevin Ortega, and Kevin Vickers for their help, patience, and amazing customer service! More
