Kevin was great with entire deal. After signing the contracts and then reviewing the next day. I realized I was charged for the Easy Care for Family Guarantee policy. When I purchased my trade in from Clay Cooley I was charged 1.00. If I had been told this plan was so had expensive charge, I would have declined this service. I emailed Tamara/ Fin. Director and NEVER heard back. Now it's too late, the loan has been funded. More

Kevin promised various things that would come along with the purchase of the vehicle. This including weather tech mats, customization of the cars emblems, refund for pre purchased keys. Once the car was pur the purchase of the vehicle. This including weather tech mats, customization of the cars emblems, refund for pre purchased keys. Once the car was purchased it took constant back and forth to get these things completed. He let us know that he payed for the customization out of pocket, which is unprofessional of him. It took 4 weeks to see a refund for the keys and the mats he said he couldnt do. Although were multiple text messages agreeing to everything. His communication is awful and his professionalism is the lowest ive seen. Would not return. More

Just a solid experience. We negotiated a fair price and everything else was easy as pie. No hidden fees, no silliness, no games! Several other dealers we spoke to previously had lower prices but also had worthless ad on products that they were not willing to take off. Didn’t have that issue here! I felt the entire process with Clay was honest and straight forward. I didn’t shop him first but I certainly shopped him last because I didn’t need to shop further. More

I bought a car plus clay Cooley easy care ( bc Kevin (the sale’s man ) convinced me it’s an excellent protection plan to have it) on last Friday( 07/18/2025) . I paid almost $62k in cash. The car had small dents , starched wheels, scratched driver seat , a part was missing from a driver seat and the car key was missing. Kevin promised me everything will be taken care by Monday ( 07/21) at 3 o’clock. My son and me were waiting for the car enthusiastically but no one contacts us from clay Cooley and eventually I called Kevin at 3:36 pm and he said the car will be ready by Tuesday (07/22) at 10 am . I was there at 10 :30 with a driver to pick up the car . But it wasn’t ready until 12:10 pm . I missed my father’s doctor appointment bc of the delay. But surprisingly nothing has been done on the car. All dents are remaining. The touch up paint was so lousy. The rims were still scratched. And seat was the same . And no second key. Also when I turned on the car for the very first time a low tire pressure came up! The worst thing the mileage of the car was 1100 miles more than the advertised vehicle and the paper when I was negotiating the price! Kevin told me he already ordered the part for the seat and it was supposed to be there the day after, also he agreed that we can order the Key ourselves from a BMW dealership and clay Cooley would take care of the costs. We ordered the key . And now the Kevin is avoiding me and he is not answering me properly. All together I am so disappointed and I not happy at all. It was a big turn off for my son and me. I have all the documents to prove my review. More
