Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, without any of the game playing that is often involved in purchasing or leasing a car. Kevin listened to me and gave me all of the information I needed to make a decision about which I felt confident. And even more important, he has made himself available to answer questions that have arisen after the deal was done, even as I was driving home from the dealership and was stymied by something related to the car's software. Kevin clearly cares about his customers, a quality that is unique in today's world when more often than not customer service is the responsibility of the customer and our source of information is a machine.
