The sale man was good but all other guys just wanted me buy the car and buy more options ! No one told me the car I bought just had one key ! When I signed all the paperwork to bought the car ( 2025 TX350 buy the car and buy more options ! No one told me the car I bought just had one key ! When I signed all the paperwork to bought the car ( 2025 TX350 had 5,630 miles) , they give me only one key ! I told them I wanted my 2nd car’s key . They told me to talk to the sale manager names JAD MAYER . When I asked JAD. , he tried to ignore me ! I keep asking and finally he answers me that he’s busy ! He told the guy next to him talk to me. I don’t know the name of this guy but he went around for few minutes and told me he didn’t have my 2nd car’s key and just left me waiting in the car show room for ever. I had to drive home ( Savannah , GA) for two hours with only one key for $57K car I just bought ! I felt so bad for Sterling Car Dealer to employed those people I mentioned above. I will post this feedback about the attitude of the Sterling Sale Department so all the car buyers be aware . This car dealer just wants sale the cars and don’t give a dam about the buyer. More
