We've had horrible luck with our vehicles lately, and unfortunately some bad dealer experiences trying to get those issues resolved, so I came into the service department skeptical of how things were about to go with our latest new car with an issue (which, quite frankly, I'm over at this point). However, my skepticism was quicky turned into relief because Kim took great care of us as soon as we walked through the door! She confirmed the issue we were experiencing is a known one, and our car was likely a victim of it. Our car was quickly diagnosed and the concern noted, the parts were immediately ordered, and the car was back to us the next day. We were even able to get a loaner so my wife could still get to work and back.
