The moment we met via phone, I developed a strong sense that I was at the right place. Kim Sload took care of it all, answered every question and was willing to go the extra mile many times. We came 4 hrs by car to purchase a used BMW that they had that looked to be a unicorn in terms of quality and gentle use. Everything was disclosed ahead of time, all questioned answered honestly and in a timely manner. A thorough inspection by an independent and very thorough BMW expert was agreed to and Kim made sure the vehicle was dropped off there on time. All this happened over the XMas Holidays and after all was said and done, the Unicorn turned out to be real which made it exceedingly easy to close the deal and bring it home. Kim Sload was amazing the whole way through. Kelly Cadillac had the car I wanted, Kim made sure she took care of us in everywhere possible. It was hands down the most pleasant and rewarding big ticket purchase I ever encountered. Thank you Kim. More
