Our salesman Daniel De La Torre Jr found us wandering the lot on a very busy day at the dealership and asked us if we needed help. There was no pressure tactics which I appreciated. After a couple back and forth meetings with his manager we came to a respectable agreement. Other dealerships that I reached out to tried the old scare tactics to get me to buy, but there was none of that at Gerald. Daniel JR kept a close eye on us when we were waiting to meet with finance and made sure we did not feel forgotten. Daniel JR had our car prepped quickly and even though it was close to closing time he took his time to go over all the features on the car after we closed the deal with finance. Again, no pressure, no rush, we were given time to look over the numbers and make a good decision. Gerald is lucky to have Daniel JR on staff, because if he did not come find us in the lot we may have left to come back another day because the dealership was really busy. We are very happy with the new CRV and we will recommend Gerald to our friends. Also, the lifetime powertrain warranty is a big selling point! More

I came in to the dealership to trade in my old car for a new one. I have always been a fan of Honda. I had an appointment with Ed, however, he was busy with some clients. He was however kind enough to talk to another sales person named Kirk. Kirk helped through lot of the initial stages and helped with the many options in front of me. He was patient enough to accommodate all of my questions and sometime provided with alternatives. By the end of the discussion, I was less confused in my choices than when I first entered the dealership. The choices put forth were very clear and I was able to make a call as soon as possible. Once finalized my decision, I worked with Ed to get my papers sorted and he was very helpful. He made the rest of the purchasing a more easier job. 4 hour wait for cash buyout of my Father’s leased civic. The Saleman was very kind and honest, his hands were tied. The Finance representative processing the evenings transactions took way too long.
