When I walked into the Lia showroom I was immediately greeted by Kong Gao. As I proceeded to his office area I observed how immaculate the showroom was. Kong wasn't very transparent. He wouldn't give me a breakdown worksheet of an offer I saw on their website and kept telling me to come in to see it.
